GIRLS SLOW PITCH SOFTBALL
NABL offers recreational slow pitch softball for girls ages 6 through 19 years of age, played on the ball diamonds at Union Park on Phillipsburg-Union Road. Slow pitch softball is a fun, fast paced game with lots of hitting and fielding. Teams play in the Quad District Softball League against other teams from NABL, Brookville, PGAA-Verona, Northridge, North Riverdale, and Tri County North and are members of the United States Specialty Sports Association (USSSA). The Quad District Softball League follows USSSA rules and uses USSSA certified umpires. All NABL team managers are certified by the National Youth Sports Coaches Association. A player can play in one of the following divisions:

CO-ED T-BALL DIVISION

Coed T-Ball is a division for boys and girls 5-6 years of age on June 1 of the current season that emphasizes a non-competitive environment, instruction in the fundamentals of baseball, and sportsmanship. This is an introductory version of baseball played with a soft cloth covered ball hit from a batting tee. No balls or strikes are called, and there is no emphasis on keeping score. All players take the field and are in the batting order, and everyone plays a minimum of two innings in the infield.
